Why does my card show $17.53?
Card payments include a small card processing fee, so the $17 membership appears as $17.53 and the $12 family plan as $12.37 on your statement. See Why do I see more than one charge?

Founding members and older plans
- If you're a Founding Member, your Founding Member badge is permanent, and you keep the legacy family pricing you were promised.
- Older plans (such as the earlier $10 basic plan) are no longer offered since our billing update. We can't refund price differences for past months.
