Requirements
- U.S. residents with a valid U.S. address. Membership is not currently available outside the United States.
- Account holders must be adults (of legal age). Children are covered through a parent's family plan.
- A mobile phone and a valid email address, which are used for verification codes when you sign up and log in. A computer is helpful but not required.
U.S. territories
You can join and book with our non-prescribing providers (advisors and coaches). Prescribing clinicians are not available in U.S. territories.
How to join
- Go to app.goldcare.com/auth/signup.
- Fill in your details and create a strong password.
- Verify your email and phone with the codes we send.
- Add a card for your membership and future appointment payments.
- Enter your address carefully. It determines which providers and pharmacies you'll see.
- Read and sign the Private Membership Association (PMA) agreement.
