In an emergency, call 911

GoldCare is not an emergency service. If you or someone else has a medical emergency, such as chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of a stroke, severe bleeding, or thoughts of self-harm, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room right away.

Don't use GoldCare chat, email or messages for urgent medical problems. Our chat is answered by Member Services, not doctors or nurses, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, so we may not see your message right away.

Things we can't do through telehealth

  • School, sports or work physicals and health certificates. These require an in-person exam.
  • Medical vaccine exemptions. We can only guide you on religious exemptions. See Vaccine Exemption Package

Whether a particular medication can be prescribed is always your provider's decision.

Support can't give medical advice

Our member support team can help with your account, billing, booking and getting messages to your care team, but we're not doctors or nurses. For any health question, please book an appointment, or send us a message and we'll pass it to your care team.
