GoldCare Health & Wellness is a membership that gives you and your family direct access to independent, vetted clinicians by telehealth, plus health education and a like-minded community.
What your membership includes
- Access to GoldCare's network of clinicians: medical doctors, nurse practitioners, PAs, naturopathic doctors, advisors and coaches. Visits are pay-as-you-go (see How much does an appointment cost?).
- A free 15-minute visit with our Matchmaker, who helps you pick the right provider. See Meet the Matchmaker
- WellnessU: live and on-demand classes, Masterclasses, Medical Townhalls and Grand Rounds, at no extra cost.
- Med-Packs: curated prescription packs you can order (purchased separately). See What are Med-Packs?

- Programs and rewards: the guided Transform weight-loss program, Invite & Earn referral rewards, Gift Invites, and member discounts in The GoldCare Store.
What is not included in the membership fee
- Provider appointments (paid per visit with tokens or card, unless you have a monthly appointment upgrade).
- Medications, lab tests and imaging, which you pay directly to the pharmacy, lab or imaging center.
- Med-Packs.
