Can I see the same provider every time?
Yes, you choose who you book with. You can keep seeing the same provider as long as they're licensed in your state and have availability. If they're not available, you can book with another provider in the same category.
Can I keep my regular doctor?
Of course. You can keep seeing your own doctor outside GoldCare. Many members use GoldCare for unrushed visits and second opinions.
Can I get an in-person referral?
Yes. If you and your GoldCare prescriber agree that you need to be seen in person, they can write a referral to a local doctor of your choice. Tell your provider where you'd like to be referred.
Are there GoldCare clinics near me?
Not at the moment. GoldCare is telehealth only today.
