The family plan lets you share your GoldCare membership benefits with your family.
Price
- +$12/month on top of your $17 monthly membership (a family total of $29/month), or
- +$120/year on top of your $169 annual membership
One family add-on covers all eligible family members. You can add as many eligible family members as you wish for that price.
Your card statement shows a small card processing fee, so the $12 add-on appears as $12.37.

- Your children under 26
Everyone on the family plan must live in the same household. Parents, in-laws and other relatives need their own membership.
Every family member 18 or older must sign the GoldCare Private Membership Association (PMA) agreement.
Things to know
- Each family member gets their own profile, so their appointments and records stay separate from yours.
- If you only see an "Individual" plan in your account, you need to add the family plan before you can add people.
- Family plan added by mistake? Contact us and we'll remove it, and a member of our team will review the charge.
