The family plan lets you share your GoldCare membership benefits with your family.

## Price

- **+$12/month** on top of your $17 monthly membership (a family total of **$29/month**), or
- **+$120/year** on top of your $169 annual membership

One family add-on covers all eligible family members. You can add **as many eligible family members as you wish** for that price.

Your card statement shows a small card processing fee, so the $12 add-on appears as **$12.37**.

## Who can be added

- Your **spouse**
- Your **children under 26**

Everyone on the family plan must **live in the same household**. Parents, in-laws and other relatives need their own membership.

Every family member **18 or older must sign the GoldCare Private Membership Association (PMA) agreement**.

## Things to know

- Each family member gets their own profile, so their appointments and records stay separate from yours.
- If you only see an "Individual" plan in your account, you need to add the family plan before you can add people.
- **Family plan added by mistake?** Contact us and we'll remove it, and a member of our team will review the charge.
