GoldCare Community: how to join the conversation

The GoldCare Community is our members' discussion forum: a place to connect, ask questions and discover health content, away from public social media. How to get there 1. Log in at app.goldcare.com. 2. Click your name or photo (top right) and choose GoldCare Community. Or go straight to community.goldcare.com. Signing in There's no separate account to create. The Community uses the same login as the GoldCare app: when you sign in, you're taken through app.goldcare.com, so use your usual email, password and verification code. Someone may have asked the same question. - Protect your privacy. Everything you post can be read by other members, so share only what you're comfortable with. - The Community is for discussion and support. It's not a substitute for medical care. How do I register for and join a live class or Townhall?

Register (RSVP) 1. Log in and click Education in the top menu (it opens WellnessU), then Upcoming classes (top right). 2. Find the class and click RSVP. 3. You'll get a confirmation email. Note that it doesn't include the class link yet. Join - About 15 minutes before the class starts, we send an email with the Zoom link, and you'll get a text reminder too. - You can also log in at class time and click Join class next to the class. Class times in emails are usually in Eastern Time. Double-check the time in your own time zone. Make sure your address and time zone are correct in User Settings so reminders arrive at the right time. Cancel your registration In the classes section, click Unsubscribe next to the class. For a recurring series, this cancels all future sessions. Register again any time. Missed it? Recordings are usually posted 24–48 hours afterwards. See How do I watch a replay? Trouble getting in? If a live link doesn't work, message us by chat. If we have a technical problem during an event, we'll share a replay link afterwards.

How do I watch a replay of a class, webinar or Townhall?

Yes, most classes, webinars and Townhalls are recorded. Replays are usually available 24 to 48 hours after the live event (sometimes a couple of days). How to watch 1. Log in to your GoldCare account. 2. Click Education. This opens WellnessU, our library of recorded webinars and classes. 3. Search by title or keyword, or browse by category such as Grand Rounds, Townhalls, Masterclasses, Faith and more. You can also go to wellnessu.goldcare.com. It uses your GoldCare login. Replay links aren't included in the event reminder emails. Find the recording in WellnessU instead. Can't find a specific talk? Tell us the title or date and we'll send you the link.

What is WellnessU, and is it included?

WellnessU is GoldCare's health education platform, and it comes with your membership. Learn through videos, webinars, classes and more. What you'll find - Live classes with Q&A, where you can ask questions in the chat or unmute - Masterclasses with leading experts - Medical Townhalls and Grand Rounds - On-demand recordings of past classes, organized by topic: nutrition, holistic health, faith-based wellness, movement, medical freedom and more Where to find it 1. Log in at app.goldcare.com. 2. Click Education in the top menu. WellnessU opens at wellnessu.goldcare.com and signs you in with your GoldCare account automatically. 3. Start with Recommended classes for you on the home page, browse by category (Grand Rounds, Townhalls, Masterclasses, Faith and more), or search by title or keyword. Class schedule Upcoming live classes are listed under Education > Upcoming classes, each with an RSVP button. Replays are posted 24–48 hours after a live webinar.
