What is PMA?

A PMA (or a private member association) is a written agreement that involves everyone who is associated with GoldCare (including member-patients and member-physicians). We’re all members of the PMA, but for simplicity, we recognize our member-patients as ‘members’ and refer to our member-clinicians as ‘clinicians’. We have a set of expectations and agreed-upon standards to allow us to work together to provide you with the best care. With a PMA, we all know where we stand and can function as a family with an agreed-upon culture and clear expectations.
