How do I add or edit a family member?

  1. Log in to your GoldCare account:

    • Scroll down the left-hand column and click on "Settings."
    • In the dropdown menu, click "Family Members."
  2. Adding family members:

    • If you've already added family members during sign-up, they will be listed here.
    • To add more, click on "+ Add User" and fill out the required details.
  3. Editing or deleting a family member:

    • To edit or delete a family member, find their profile card.
    • Click "Edit Profile" to make changes, or select the trash icon to delete the user.
    • You can also check the status of their PMA (Private Membership Association). If it hasn’t been signed, you can resend the PMA to their inbox.
  4. Important note:

    • If you are on an individual plan, you won’t see the "Family Members" option in the menu.
