What happens if the prescription was sent to my pharmacy, but the pharmacist said they did not receive it?

Note that chain pharmacies do not provide the customer service that you will find with our recommended Freedom Pharmacies. Sometimes, they claim not to have received the fax, even though GoldCare has successfully faxed it.
