To ensure a seamless experience, members have different options to join their telemedicine appointment.
1. Dashboard Access:
- Navigate to your dashboard page after logging in.
- Locate the card displaying details for your upcoming appointment.
- Click on the "Join Now" button associated with the relevant appointment.
2. Appointment Page:
- If you are already on the appointment page, you will find your upcoming appointment at the top of the list.
- Click on the three little dots under "action", and select "Go to scheduled call".
3. Appointment Details Page:
- When you click on the appointment from the appointment page, it opens the "Appointment Details" page.
- On this page, you will see a card with information about the appointment, including the remaining time.
- To join the appointment, click on the "Join Now" button provided on this card.
By following these simple steps, you can effortlessly join your telemedicine appointment and make the most of your virtual healthcare experience.
