All appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. To cancel an appointment, go to the “Appointments” tab on the left-hand column of your GoldCare account. To the right of the appointment you wish to cancel, under “action” there is an X you can click, which will allow you to cancel the appointment.
If the appointment is not canceled within the 24 hour window, you will forfeit the time/token scheduled. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis where you can appeal to our support team in our proprietary messaging system, or send your request to memberservices@goldcare.com .
