If you see a provider regularly, you can add a monthly appointment upgrade to your membership:

## How the coupon works

- You receive **one coupon each month**. It **applies automatically at checkout** when you book an appointment.
- The coupon can be used with any provider type, including prescribers and advisors.
- **Coupons do not roll over.** If you don't use it, it expires at the end of that month and a new one is issued for the next month.
- If your appointment runs longer than the coupon, the extra time is charged separately.

## Adding or removing an upgrade

Contact our team by chat or at memberservices@goldcare.com and we'll update your plan. If you remove an upgrade, the change takes effect on your next billing date, and your remaining coupon can be used until then.
