The **GoldCare Community** is our members' discussion forum: a place to connect, ask questions and discover health content, away from public social media.

## How to get there

1. Log in at [app.goldcare.com](https://app.goldcare.com/).
2. Click **your name or photo** (top right) and choose **GoldCare Community**.

Or go straight to **[community.goldcare.com](https://community.goldcare.com)**.

## Signing in

There's **no separate account to create**. The Community uses the **same login as the GoldCare app**: when you sign in, you're taken through app.goldcare.com, so use your usual email, password and verification code. ## What you'll find

- **Categories** of discussion, such as **General Health**, with topics like tinnitus, colonoscopy and Lyme disease
- Experiences, articles and natural-wellness tips from other members
- Updates and announcements from GoldCare

## Tips

- **Search before you post.** Someone may have asked the same question.
- **Protect your privacy.** Everything you post can be read by other members, so share only what you're comfortable with.
