Your membership gives you access to our providers. **Visits are paid separately**, only when you book.

## How prices are shown

- Prices are in **tokens**. **1 token = $10.**
- Every provider card shows the **tokens, the minutes and the dollar amount**, for example: *"15 tokens total · 30 minutes — Equals to $150 (15 tokens · $10/token)"*.
- Each price includes a GoldCare platform fee and the provider's own fee.
- You'll see the **Total amount** again before you confirm, so there are no surprises.

## Typical prices (examples)

Prices vary by provider and visit length. These are examples from October 2026:

| **Medical Advisor** (NP or DO) | 30 minutes | 13 tokens ($130) |
| **Naturopathic Advisor** | 60 minutes | 25 tokens ($250) |
| **Specialist Advisor** (MD) | 45 minutes | 30 tokens ($300) |
| **Long COVID & Vax Injury Advisor** | 60 minutes | 40 tokens ($400) |
| **Coach**, RN Wellness | 30 minutes | 8 tokens ($80) |
| **Coach**, Spiritual & Pastoral Care | 30 minutes | 6–8 tokens ($60–$80) |

**The same provider can have different prices** in different specialties or for different lengths. Always check the card.

## Things to know

- **Prescribers depend on your state.** You'll only see the prescribers licensed for the state on your account. See [Providers in my state](https://chatwoot-web-production-8008.up.railway.app/hc/goldcare/articles/providers-in-my-state)
- **Advisors give guidance only.** They can't prescribe, order labs or imaging, or refer. See [Prescriber, Advisor or Coach?](https://chatwoot-web-production-8008.up.railway.app/hc/goldcare/articles/prescribers-vs-advisors)
- **Have a coupon?** Enter it in **Enter a coupon** at checkout.
- **Need more time during a visit?** Extra time requires more tokens and depends on the provider's availability.
- **Medications, labs and imaging** are paid directly to the pharmacy, lab or imaging center.
