During your appointment, if you and your provider decide that labs need to be ordered, the appropriate amount of tokens will be deducted from your account to pay for the lab order. (We have arranged this discounted cash price service for our members through LabCorp.) You will then receive a copy of the order, which you can take to a LabCorp near you. Once you have gotten the results back, you will upload them to the Drive section, which is a tab on the left-hand column of your GoldCare™ portal. In the “My Drive” tab, you can easily upload a file from your device. It is important to note that any file uploaded to your drive will be shared with your provider(s). If you do NOT want to use Lab Corps (which is fine!), please tell your provider, and s/he will order the labs and you will receive a copy. You can then take that emailed copy to any lab provider you prefer and they will charge you directly.
