Annual Memberships: a pro-rated refund will be issued if cancellation is requested prior to the end of your current membership period.
Monthly Memberships: There is a 3 day grace period after each monthly charge. After the 3 day grace period, a refund cannot be issued for that month of membership.
Renewing:
Both annual and monthly memberships automatically renew unless cancellation is requested.
However, it’s important to understand that once it’s canceled, the GoldCare™ Health & Wellness membership may not be reinstated for one year. Special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis if a request to re-establish membership is made prior to the one-year period. Please CONTACT US.
