Setting: One which allows you and the provider to have a calm and uninterrupted appointment
View/Positioning: Position the camera on your phone or computer to include your entire face
Lighting: Clear lighting on your face, free of shadows, or overly bright lights
Volume: Be sure the audio is working on your device BEFORE your appointment, turn the volume up.
Make sure you are logged into your GoldCare™ account ahead of time before your appointment. You can join the “waiting room” for your telehealth call a few minutes before the appointment, as the appointment will start when the provider joins the call.
