First, be sure your family members are added to your family plan. After logging in and viewing your member dashboard, navigate to the left-hand side to see an option for family members. Locate the “add” button, then click it and add each family member accordingly.
Once all of your family members have been added, you will view their names listed when you click “New Appointment”. Click on the family member you would like to schedule an appointment for, and proceed to schedule.
